摘　　要：创建学习型院校是顺应社会发展、院校发展和教职工个人发展的必然选择。本文提出如何创建学习型院校,通过组织教职工树立先进理念、发展校内文化氛围、构建出良好的学习机制、促进机制和保障机制、解决好学、行合一问题等五种途径,进行了研究。As the mankind has entered the knowledge economy era and the information and the knowledge have developed rapidly, everyone has to accept the newest education at all times and strengthen the learning ability of the organizations and the individuals in order to conform to the era＇s requests and survive and develop in the changing era. Thus founding the learning--oriented college is the inevitable choice for conforming to the development of the society,the college and the individuals. The thesis makes a brief analysis on the five ways of founding the learning--oriented college, which are organizing the staff to set up advanced ideals, developing college cultural circumstance, forming good learning system, improving and protecting the system and solving the problem of combing the learning and the practice.
