摘 要:针对主要由硅酸凝胶和一种高分子聚合物组成的防砂用硅酸盐复合材料,研制了调凝剂BQ-1。使用该剂使硅酸盐复合材料的最高使用温度由100℃提高到160℃。讨论了调凝(缓凝)机理:沉淀,络盐,吸附,成核生成抑制;确定所研制的调凝剂主要作用是改变凝固性硅酸盐材料固体粒子表面性质,减缓材料初期水化速度。所研制的调凝剂主要成分是棉子糖,代号为BQ-1。实验研究结果表明:BQ-1与增渗剂ZSJ配伍:硅酸盐复合材料的稠化时间(〉280~〉660min)与BQ-1加量(0.05%~0.20%)之间线性关系良好;在70~160℃范围,BQ-1对温度变化的敏感性小。对于水灰比0.60、ZSJ加量5%的硅酸盐复合材料.加量0.05%~2.0%的BQ-1对浆态流变性参数”和K及流动度、滤失量和析水量,对160℃凝固体抗压、抗折强度基本或完全无影响,对凝固体渗透率有正面影响。图1表5参6。A solidification adjustive agent (SAA) is prepared for settable silicate complex material (SSCM) for sand control and leads to raising the top application temperature of SSCM from 100℃ to 160℃. This SSCM is composed from a silicic acid gel and a high polymer. Solidification adjusting mechanisms of precipitation, salt complexation, adsorption, and nucleation/growth inhibition are discussed. The main retardation mechanism by the SAA to be prepared is alterating surface properties of solid particles of SSCM and slowing down their early hydration. The SAA prepared is composed mainly of raffinose and notated as BQ-1. The results of experimental studies show that BQ-1 is compatible well with permeability enhancer ZSj, that the thickening time of SSCM slurry ( 〉280-〉660 min) is linearly related to the dosage of BQ-1 (0.05-0.20%) and that BQ-1 is less sensible to changes in temperature in range 70-160℃. For an experimental SSCM sample of W/C= 0.60 and with 5% ZCJ added, introducing 0.05-0.20% BQ-1 does not affect, basically or completely, rheological parameters n and K and flowability of the slurry, its filtrate loss and water bleeding completely, and compression and bending strength of SSCM sample set at 160℃ and affects positively permeability of set SSCM.
