摘 要:题示调剖剂由疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4、可生成酚醛树脂的3种单体化合物及酸度调整荆组成,地下成胶,形成的凝胶在高温下长期稳定性良好。在地温80~90℃的中原文、卫、马油田26口注水井用含3.5g/LAP-P4的该调剖剂实施了调剖,报道了施工情况和结果。发表了16口井的施工数据:单井处理层数4-25,处理厚度9.8-51.9m,注入剂量920~1800m^3,平均1110m^3,处理半径4.6~13.3m,平均9.4m。利用1口井的施工压力曲线说明该剂成胶以前在地层内不断发生堵塞形成-破环-再形成过程。6口井取样黏度监测数据(mPa·s)表明,该剂初配时黏度8698-14898,泵前平均12283,泵后平均11069。井口平均9992,泵剪切损失9.9%,沿程损失9.7%。成胶时间20-40h,地面成胶黏度≥100000。调剖后恢复注水的22口井,平均单井注水量增加8m^3/d。注水压力上升2.8MPa,视吸水指数下降8.2m^3/d·MPa。给出了4口井调剖前后各层相对吸水量变化及堵死层、启动层数据。26口调剖井对应油井共38口,调剖后有30口井产量增加。图3表4参3。The tided injectivity profile modification agent (IPMA) is compused of a water soluble hydrophobically associating polymer, AP-P4, 3 phenolic resin forming monomeric compounds and an acidity adjuster and forms in-situ gels possessing long term stability at higher temperatures. With IPMA containing 3.5 g/L AP-P4 used, profile modification operations (PMOs) have been performed in 26 water injection wells with reservoir formation temperatures 80-90℃ in Wenmingzhai, Weicheng, and Mazhai oil fields of Zhongyuan and the results of PMOs are analyzed. The technologic data of PMOs in 16 wells are presented (per well): number of layers treated 4-25; total thickness of layers treated 9.8-51.9 m; volume of IPMA injected in range 920-1800 m^3 and 1110 m^3 in average; average treating radius in range 4.6-13.3 m and 9.4 in average. In terms of IPMA injection pressure curve for one well it is shown that a process of creation-destoy-recreation of blockages occurs repeatedly when the PMA injected flows in near bore zones until gelation completed. The data of viscosity monitoring at 6 wells indicate that the viscosity (in Pa's) of IMPA is in range 8.698- 14.898 when prepared, of 12283 in average before pump, of 11.069 in average after pump, and of 9.992 in average at well head, that is, the viscosity loss rate is of 9.9% owing to pump shearing and of 9.7% owing to pipe flow shearing; that the gelation time is 20-40 hrs and the viscosity of gels formed at surface is≥100. An increase in volume of water injected 8 m^3/d, a raise in water injection pressure,2.8 MPa, and a decrease in apparent water injectivity index, 8.2 m^3/d·MPa, averaged over all wells are observed in 22 wells with PMO finished and water injection restarted. The changes in interlayer ralative watertake caused by PMOs and the data of fully blocked and newly mobilized layers are presented for 4 wells. The oil productivity is raised in 30 production wells of 38 connected with the 26 treated water injection wells.
