摘　　要：对牛仔布生产的主要工艺,如经纱的染色、上浆、牛仔布织造、后整理等工序中易发生的主要问题进行了探讨与分析,提出了解决方案,以保证牛仔布的颜色、色泽、手感、布面风格、洗后缩率等不产生偏差。Main technological problems in processing denim such as problems caused in warp ends dyeing and sizing ,weaving and after finishing of the denim are discussed and analyzed in this paper. A draft to solve the problems is also given to improve the denim colour,handie, style and after wash shrinkage.
