摘 要:随着气田开发进入后期,出水气井日益增多,排水采气工艺成了川渝气田实现稳产的重要手段。通过多年的攻关,形成了泡排、气举、机抽、电潜泵等几大工艺为主线的排水采气工艺系列,至2004底,排水采气累计增产约天然气110×108m3,实现了老气田的有效挖潜。但是,随着老气田地层能量的不断消耗,地层压力大大降低,这些工艺暴露出了许多难以适应的问题,而川渝气田低压出水气井又日趋增多,为了有效提高气井排水采气效率,研制开发了一种新型的排水采气工艺———球塞气举排水采气工艺技术,通过橡胶球在气液相之间形成机械界面,达到防止液体滑脱、提高举升效率的目的。目前该项工艺已在蜀南气矿试验成功,其结果表明,应用该技术可以有效防止液体回落,减小液体滑脱损失,减少注气量,显著提高气液上升流动的举升效率和稳定性,是一套行之有效的低压低产气井排水采气接替工艺。With petroleum development entering the later stage and increasing water production wells, the dewatering gas production technique has become an important means to reach the steady production in Chuanyu gasfield. A series of the technologies, such as dewatering by foam, dewatering by gas lift, by pumping, and by ESP, have been developed through years' studies. By the end of 2004, a cumulative increase gas production by dewatering gas production technology is up to 110×10~8m^3, which shows an effective, further development in mature gas fields. However, as the producing energy is consuming in the mature gas fields, many problems happened to these technologies mentioned above. In addition, the low pressure and water out gas wells are increasing. In order to enhance the efficiency of dewatering gas production of gas wells, a new dewatering gas production technology, dewatering gas production by ball plunger gas lift, has been developed, which uses a rubber sphere to form a mechanical interface between gas phase and liquid phase to prevent liquid slip and to raise the lift efficiency. At present, this technology has been successfully tested in the Shunan gasfield. The results show the technology can prevent the liquid from fallback, reduce the loss of liquid slip and the volume of gas injection, and increase significantly the efficiency and stability of the lift of the gas and liquid flow upwards. Therefore, it is an effective alternative technology for low production and low pressure dewatering gas production wells.
