摘 要:文章建立的油田伴生气管线清管模型详细说明了如何计算清管始发站输气压力、沿程压降和清管器与管壁摩擦引起的压降。其中沿程压降的计算采用组合水力学模型(Dukler-Eaton-Flanigan),即用Eaton法计算截面含液率,用duklerⅡ法计算水平管路压降,用Flanigan法计算管路起伏的附加压降。最后对某条伴生气管线应用此模型,通过计算很容易判断始发站输气压力是否满足清管要求,同时分析了气液比对清管的影响,说明该模型符合实际,有较强的工程实用性,对伴生气管线的运行管理具有重要意义。It is established a pigging model for the associated gas pipeline, in which instructions have been describe in details about how to compute the pressure in the pigging initial station, the pressure drop along the pipe, and the pressure fall resulted from the friction between the pipeline cleaner and the pipe. And the pressure fall along the line is calculated by the Dukler-Eaton-Flanigan (DEF) model, that is to say, Eaton method to calculate water ratio, Dukler Ⅱmethod to calculate the pressure drop,Flanigan to calculate the additional pressure reduction caused by pipe accidents. At last, the model is applied to a certain pipe with associated gas and with the help of calculation, it is easy to judge whether the pigging initial station pressure can meet the requirements of the pigging works. Meanwhile it is also analyzed the impact of gas-liquid ratio on pigging. So the model is proved to correspond with the actual circumstances and have high practicality, which is important to carry out the operation works in the associated gas pipeline.
