摘　　要：介绍了一个定时语音时钟控件的设计思路,详细探讨了控件中定时文字提醒和语音报时功能的实现方法,并给出了用Delphi实现的主要代码。最后,给出一个使用该控件实现定时提醒功能的应用实例,提出控件的改进方法。The paper introduces the design thought of a voice time- controlled component, brings forward the main implementation method and code of the component based on Delphi. Finally it gives an example on how to use the component and the improvement method.
