摘　　要：针对市场上传统的脉冲袋式除尘器控制器在实际应用中存在的灵活性差、可靠性低等问题,借助于高性能的单片机开发了一种功能完善的通用型控制器。具体介绍了系统的组成和工作原理,详细讨论了通用控制器的硬件组成和软件设计,阐述了系统的性能指标和功能特点,在设计中采用光电耦合器将外部负载驱动电路和控制电路隔离,同时结合看门狗技术提高整个系统的可靠性。Aiming at the disadvantages of the controller for commercial available traditional pulse bag type dust collectors in practical application, e.g. poor flexibility and low reliability, an universal controller with comprehensive functions is developed by adopting high performance single chip computer. The system composition and operational principle of this controller are introduced concretely and the hardware and software designes are discussed. The specifications and features of the system are described. In the design, by using photoelectric couplers, drive circuit of external load and control circuit is isolated. Combining with the technology of watchdog, the reliability of system has been enhanced.
