摘  要:根据汽车道路试验的需要,应用cPCI构架、CAN总线以及大容量Flash等技术,设计并开发了一种便携式数据采集机,对各种前端传感器的输出信号进行实时可靠的采集和存储。并且以基于W indows CE的PDA为核心,利用embedded VC++4.0为工具开发了能方便接驳数据采集机的上位机,实现数据采集系统的显示和控制功能。整个系统具有界面友好、性能可靠、实时性强等优点,在试验和实际运行中均获得了理想的效果,极具应用价值。According to the requirements of vehicle Ioadway test, a portable data collector is designed and developed by adopting cPCI (compact PCI) frame, CAN bus and large capacity flash technologies. The output signals fiom various fIont-end transducers are collected and stored in real time by the instrument. In addition, the host computer is developed based on PDA of Windows CE as the core and with the tools of VC ++ 4.0. The system displays the uploaded data fiom data collector and offers control functions. The whole system is user-friendly, reliable, and in real time. Excellent results are obtained in the test and practical operations.
