摘　　要：RS485总线是工控领域常用的一项总线技术,由于其结构简单、通信速率高、传输距离远等优点,特别适用于中小型DCS和监控系统。但是RS485的总线机制只允许存在一台主设备对其进行数据访问,要采用双机系统或多机系统提高监控系统的可靠性就必须使用特殊的解决方式。已有的解决方式可采用双机热备或增加一台双机切换模块,但都有一定的缺陷。从问题的根本着手,通过改编设备驱动程序来解决双机监控的问题,拓宽了解决问题的思路,节省了系统开支,并提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性。The RS485 bus is a common bus technique in the realm of process control,and due to its simple structure,high communication speed and far transmission distance,it is specially applicable to the small scaled DCS or monitor system.Because the RS485 bus disallow two main equipments at the same time to hold the bus,if you adopt multiple machines system to enhance the system＇s reliability,you must take some special methods.One exsiting method is to adopt multiple machines hot to have,the other is to add a multiple machines converting model,but these method all have their blemish.This article,through reorganizing program,solves the problem from the problem＇s basic outsets,breading problem-solving way of thinking,saving the system expenditure,and increasina the system＇s reliability and stability.
