收益管理在集装箱班轮运输业中的应用

摘　　要：面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,船公司应有效地控制舱位分配以提高收益。由于班轮运输业的特征,集装箱班轮企业实施收益管理是可能的而且是必要的。在集装箱收益管理系统中起关键作用的要素是成本要素、收入要素和需求要素。经目标评判得出集装箱收益管理系统要达到的目标是利润最大化和托运人满意度最大化。As the competition of container liner shipping market grows severer, shipping companies should control slot allocation in order to raise revenue. Based on analyzing features of container liner shipping trade, the paper argues that it is possible and necessary for container shipping companies to put revenue management in practice. The essential factors playing a key role in the management system include cost factor, income factor and demand factor and, by means of judgment of objectives, the objective the system should achieve is the maximum profit and the maximum satisfaction of consignors.
