摘 要:目的探讨颌骨骨折钛板内固定术后患者安全、有效的营养支持方法,为该类患者的营养护理提供依据。方法将40例颌骨骨折切开复位微型钛板内固定术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。根据患者营养需求,对照组给予匀浆膳,观察组按照患者饮食习惯、口味给予营养膳并辅助康全饮肠内营养液。结果术后1周、2周两组患者体重、白蛋白、外周血淋巴细胞计数与术前比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05);对照组胃肠道不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组对营养饮食的外观、口味满意率及饮食依从性显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论颌骨骨折内固定术后根据患者饮食习惯给予营养膳食并辅助康全饮,可有效改善患者营养状况,减少胃肠道不良反应,提高其饮食依从性。Objective To examine the nutritional supporting method in patients after internal fixation with titanium plate for jaw fracture and to provide information for the selection of gastrointestinal nutrient liquids for the patients. Methods Forty patients who had undergone internal fixation with titanium plate after reduction by incision for jaw fracture were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 20 patients in each group. According to the nutritional requirements, the patients in the control group were given homogenate diet and the patients in the experimental group were given nutritional diet according to their habit and preference, in combination with Kangquanyin nutrient liquid. Results One and two week(s) after the operation, no significant differences were found between the preoperative and postoperative findings in terms of body weight, albumin, count of peripheral lymphocytes (P〉0.05 for all). The incidence of adverse gastrointestinal reactions was higher in the control group than that in the experimental group(P〈 0. 05,P〈0. 01). The satisfaction of the patients with the appearance, taste and diet compliance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion For patients undergoing internal fixation for jaw fracture, the rational nutritional diet in combination with Kangquanyin can improve the nutritional status, reduce the adverse gastrointestinal reactions, enhance their compliance with nutritional diet.
