询问式查对在预防医疗差错中的作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨询问式查对在预防医疗差错中的作用。方法 将1900例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各950例，在执行各项医疗活动时对照组按常规进行查对，观察组采用询问式查对。结果 观察组在整个医疗活动中发生医疗差错2例次（3．86／10万），对照组为10例次（17．24／10万），两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；且入院≤3d、20：00～8：00医疗差错显著低于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论 询问式查对能有效地降低医疗差错发生率，提高医疗质量，特别是在夜间及3d内的新入院患者，更能减少医疗差错的发生。Objective To examine the effect of inquiry-checking in the prevention of errors in medical services. Methods Nineteen hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups： an inquiry-checking group （n=950） and a control group （n=950）. In all procedures of medical services the patients of the control group were routinely checked and the patients in the inquirychecking group were checked by using inquiry-checking. Results Two person-times of errors occurred in the inquiry-checking group and 10 person-times of errors occurred in the control group. There were a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The errors taking place within 3 days after admission and at 20：00 to 8：00 were significantly lower than those of the controls （P〈0. 05 for all）. Conclusions The inquiry-checking can significantly reduce the incidence of error. This is especially true of the the patients admitted during night or less than 3 days.
