乳癌患者配偶的生存质量与压力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳癌患者配偶的生存质量、压力以及两者间的关系,为临床护理工作提供重要参考依据。方法应用世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和压力症状自评量表对114名乳癌患者配偶的生存质量和压力水平进行测评,并以92名健康者为对照组。结果乳癌患者配偶生存质量各领域的得分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.01),总压力水平为1.5±0.4,属轻度;乳癌患者配偶生存质量各领域的得分与其压力水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论乳癌患者配偶的生存质量较一般人群差,其生存质量与其压力水平密切相关。Objective To examine the quality of life, the level of stress of the spouses of the breast cancer patients, to provide information for clinical nursing care. Methods A descriptive correlative study was conducted on quality of life and stress of spouses of 114 breast cancer patients by using WHO Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version and Symptoms of Stress Inventory. Ninety-two healthy people served as controls. Results The average score of overall quality of life of the spouses of the breast cancer patients was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01 for all）. The level of stress of the spouses of the breast cancer patients was mild with the total score being 1.5±0.4. There was a negative and significant relationship between the quality of life and the level of stress in the spouses of the breast cancer patients. Conclusion The quality of life of the spouses of the breast cancer patients was lower than that of thehealthy people and their quality of life was related with the level of their stress.
