摘 要:基于在稀硫酸介质中,甲醛对钴(Ⅱ)-羟胺-乙二胺络合体系吸光度(△A)值变化有明显的促进作用,建立了一种新的测定甲醛含量的分光光度法。该体系稳定性好,在25℃下样品可保存7d。方法的线性范围为0.08~3.20μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9987,检出限为0.061μg/mL。该法简便、快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,用于饮用水加标回收实验及脲醛树脂中的游离甲醛含量检测,结果满意。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace formaldehyde was proposed. The method was based on the sensitive effect of formaldehyde in the complex system of cobalt(Ⅱ)- hydroxylamine-ethylenediamine in sulfuric acid medium. The stable system of cobalt( Ⅱ)-hydroxylamine- ethylenediamine could keep seven days at 25℃. Formaldehyde in the linear concentration range of 0.08-3.20μg/mL was determined with a detection limit of 0. 061 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients of 0. 9987. This method was simple, quick, convenient,and had high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It has been used to measure formaldehyde concentrations in the tap water and UF resin with satisfactory results.
