摘  要:目的通过立体定向法制备大鼠自体动脉血脑出血动物模型,观察模型制备后大鼠的行为学改变及病理学变化的规律.方法取SD大鼠20只。随机分成实验组15只和对照组5只.实验组用肝素化100μL微量进样器抽取尾动脉血55μL,用立体定向仪将微量注射器针进至尾状核中心。将血液分两次缓慢注入尾状核内(注射速度8μL/min),假手术组完成立体定向术及尾动脉抽血,但不注血.结果所有动物均成活,出血6h后出现行为异常,组织形态学改变显著、结论此方法成本低,成活率高。操作简单。对肢体运动功能损伤小,与临床脑出血相似.Objective To establish intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous arterial blood into caudate nucleus with stereotaxic apparatus, and observe action and pathology dynamic change. Methods 20 rats were randomly devided into experiments group(15 rats)and control group(5 rats). 55 μL blood was drawn from the caudate artery with a 100μL heparinized injector. After the needle of the injector was placed into caudate mucleus with stereotactic apparatus, blood devided into two parts was injected slowly(8 μL/min) into caudate nucleus. The control group underwent stereotaxic operation and withdrawal instead of infusion of blood. Results The rats of two groups are alive. The action of experiment group are out of the way after six hour blooding, and their histological changes are significant. Conclusion This methodls is cheap, high survival, easy to operate, little hurt to the movement of body and similar to the. clinical intracerebral hemorrhage.
