摘　　要：针对球罐整体热处理的实际工程需要，采用德国欧科燃烧器、S7-200可编程序控制器、研华ADAM模块、研华工控机等构造了一套热处理计算机控制系统．该系统控制精度高、实用功能强、可靠性好，在国内、外的多项热处理工程中，收到了很好的使用效果．For the engineering need of whole body of spherical tank heat treatment, we made a computer control system for heat treatment which is composed of German ELCO burner, S7-200 programmable logical controller, advantech ADAM module and advantech industrial controlling computer. This system is quite accurate, practicable and reliable. And this system has been used in many domestic and overseas project, the user is very satisfied with the result of this system.
