摘　　要：目的:探讨药物成瘾的病人围术期出现戒断症状的麻醉处理方案。方法:16例药物成瘾性病人术中出现戒断症状的患者,按戒断症状控制情况先后静脉注射氟芬合剂、安定、芬太尼、氯胺酮。结果:芬太尼或联合氯胺酮可有效控制药物成瘾性病人术中出现的戒断症状。结论:药物成瘾性病人术中出现的戒断症状首选芬太尼、氯胺酮。Objective： Research and development of anesthetization process plan of Abstinence syndrome occurring in the on - operation toxicomania patients. Method： Intravenous of innover , diazepam , fentanyl, and ketamine in accordance with the control priority sequence of abstinence syndrome, to 16 On -operation toxicomania patients occurring abstinence syndrome. Result：Only Fentanyl or ketamine are effective in controlling abstinence syndrome, of the On -operation toxicomania patients. Conclusion： The best choice of medication for abstinence syndrome of the on - operation toxicomania patients is,fentanyl and ketamine.
