VitB_(12)联合庆大霉素治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨V itB12联合庆大霉素治疗压疮Ⅱ期创面的效果。方法:将75名入选病例随机分为两组。在常规护理的前提下,实验组37名给予V itB12及庆大霉素的混合液浸湿无菌干纱布后覆盖创面,每日2次。对照组38名单予庆大霉素湿敷。结果:实验进行2周后,实验组的显效率、总有效率及无效率与对照组相比,存在显著性差异。结论:V itB12联合庆大霉素湿敷是治疗Ⅱ期压疮的一种切实有效的方法。Objective： To study the effect of VitB12 combined gentamicin on pressure sore Ⅱ stage. Method： 75 cases were divided into experimart group and control group randomly. On the same condition of routine nursing 37 cases in the experiment group were covered the wound surface with sterilizing dry gauze soaked with. Vitb,2 combined gentamicin higuid twice aday. While in the control group 38 cases were wet. compressed with gentamicin. Result： After two weeks of experimenting. There＇s significant difference of the effective rate, total effective rate and no effective rate in both group. Conclusion： It＇s an effectine method to treating pressure sore Ⅱ stage with VitB12 combined gentamicin.
