摘 要:研究了以水吸收空气中不同含量的氯化氢废气的吸收条件,对HCl的吸收率达到99%以上,获得的盐酸溶液浓度随吸收液温度的降低和空气中氯化氢浓度的增加而增加.将1.2~1.5mol/L稀盐酸减压蒸发浓缩,当真空度为0.08MPa时,先蒸出的80%左右的液体中氯化氢含量都很低,并且可以获得8.7mol/L HCl的盐酸进行回收,但以制备5.8mol/L的盐酸更经济,据此提出了空气中氯化氢废气的净化和回收工艺流程.The research is about conditions of absorbing HCl gas in the air with different content with a method driving the gas through water. Absorbing rate can reach and exceed 99 %. The higher the content of HCl gas in the air or the lower the temperature of the water absorbing the gas, the larger the concentration of hydrochloric acid we get. Concentrating the hydrochloric acid of 1.2- 1.5mol/L concentration with vacuum evaporation method, when the vacuum is 0.08MPa, 80% of liquid get from vapour in first has a very low content of hydrochloric acid, and we can get hydrochloric acid of 8.7mol/L concentration to reclaim. However, it is economical to achieve hydrochloric acid containing 5.8mol/L HCl. A process flow is hereby put forward for the recovery and purify of HCl gas in the air.
