摘 要:以钢铁酸洗废水为原料,NaClO3为氧化剂,利用反应过程中产生的热量并通过补充投加的方法,在常温常压无需任何加热条件下成功制得了浓度可达210g/L的高浓度聚铁溶液,并用制得的聚铁与改性单宁复配,进一步制得了阳离子单宁.聚铁复合絮凝剂.通过对粘土悬浊液和碱性造纸废水的处理实验证明,所制得的聚铁产品具有较好的絮凝效果,浊度去除率较高,对可过滤态CODCr也有一定的去除效果,而复合絮凝剂具有更好的絮凝效果,对可过滤态CODCr去除率可达50%以上.By using steel pickling waste liquor as material, NaClO3 as oxidant and taking advantage of the heat in the reaction and reinforce, the high concentration Polymerized Iron liquor were prepared in normal temperature and pressure without calefaction. The concentration can reach 210g/L. Then the Cationic tannin-polyiron Complex Coagulant were prepared by blending cationic tannin and polymerized iron. The experimental results of treating clay solution and paper making wastewater showed that Polymerized Iron liquor had excellent effect in the removals of chaotic,and had normal effect in the removals of filtrable CODcr,and the complex coagulant had better effect in the removals of filtrable CODcr, the removal rate can reach 50 %.
