树枝状聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸羟乙脂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等对树支状多元醇进行改性,合成了可快速光固化的新型树枝状聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树酯(DPUA),并通过红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了分析表征.同时测试的结果表明:固化膜具有适当的硬度和柔韧性,较好的附着力,热分解温度可达到208℃.Dendritic Poly （ urethane acrylate） （DPUA） was prepared from 2, 4-toluidene diisocyanate （TDI）, β-hydroxyethyl arcylate （HEA）, Glycidyl methacrylate （GMA） and polyol. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic spectroscopy. Results showed that this UV-cured film had some super properties, such as hardness, flexibility and traction. It also had acceptable thermal stability and the temperature of thermal degradation was 208℃.
