摘 要:报道了钕对(NH4)6[C rM o5L aO24H6].16H2O气相渗制备M oN的方法及电性能研究。根据TG-DTA测试结果确定了稀土扩渗的温度为800℃,扩渗后的化合物经XRF分析测试表明,微量的N d可渗入到杂多金属氧酸盐的体相,N d的渗入量为0.1347%;对比扩渗前后化合物的XRD谱图发现,扩渗前后化合物的衍射峰有明显的不同,并证实生成新的化合物M oN。利用四电极直流法对扩渗前后样品的导电性能进行了测试,结果表明其导电性能发生了显著的变化,由渗前的5.875×1-0 8S.cm-1,提高到扩渗后1.030×102S.cm-1,提高了1.753×109倍。In this paper, Nd co -- permeation of (NH4)6[CrMo5LaO24H6]·16H2O has been reported for the first time. The co--permeation temperature is decided by TG--DTA and the XRF. The results of permeated sample indicate that Nd has permeated into the body of this compound. The XRD patterns show great different between (NH4)6[CrMo5LaO24H6]·16H2O and permeated one. The structure of (NH4)6[CrMo5LaO24H6]·16H2O was destroyed and new compound MoN perhaps formed. The permeated sample has been measured with four--electrode method,the data imply that its conductivity improves 1. 753 ×10^9 times at room temperature, reaches to 1. 030 ×10^2 S · cm^-1 ,which is a novel result.
