气相色谱法测定蛇床子提取物中蛇床子素的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立完善的气相色谱测定蛇床子素含量的方法。方法 首先采用柱层析的方法对样品进行预处理，分离蛇床子提取物中的甘油三酯，并结合红外和核磁图谱验证；然后采用DB-5色谱柱，外标法测定蛇床子素的含量。结果 经过预处理的样品在该条件下测定蛇床子素，线性范围好，r=0．9997；回收率为97．97％～102．4％；RSD为1.09％（n=5）。结论 该方法简便、准确度高，重现性好。Fructus cnidii was isolated from the fruits of Cnidium Monnieri（ L. ） Cusson ,which is a useful traditional Chinese herb. Osthole, a chemical principle isolated, was determined and quantitatively analysed by the capillary gas chromatography. The method of column chromatography with silica - gel as the stationary phase was employed for the separation of triglyceride from the extracts. The fraction was verified by IR and NMR. The GC -9A system consisted of DB -5 column could be applied for the determination for the osthole. External standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear range of the standard curve was good（ r =0.999 7 ）. The recovery rate was between 97.97% and 102.4%, and RSD was 1. 09% （ n = 5）. This method is simple, easy and reliable. It also has good repeatability and sensibility.
