摘 要:目的观察外燥对小鼠红细胞流变学的影响。方法108只SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为常温常湿组(A组)、常温燥组(B组)、温燥组(C组)和凉燥组(D组),每组27只。第7天和第14天进行红细胞流变学检测。结果与A组相比,B组、C组全血黏度增高(P<0.01),C组血浆黏度、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、红细胞聚集指数与红细胞刚性指数升高(P<0.01),红细胞电泳时间延长(P<0.01),红细胞变形指数增高但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组间红细胞压积、血沉方程K值差异无显著性。结论温燥燥伤肺气,津为热灼,津耗则生血不足,致血容量减少,血液黏度增加、红细胞聚集性增高及变形性降低,可引起血行滞涩不畅而致血淤。Objective To investigate the effects on erythrocytes in hemorrheology of mice in Outer-Dry. Methods 108 Kunming mice(SPF) were divided into four groups including group A (normal mice), group B (normal temperature and Outer-Dry mice ), group C (warm- dry mice ) , and group D( Cool-dry mice ) ,27 mices/group. Erythrocyte about hemorrheology was measured on day 7 and 14. Results Whole blood viscosity of group B and C were higher than that of group A(P 〈0.01 ) ;Plasmatic viscosity, average erythrocyte haemoglobin density, erythrocyte aggregation exponent, erythrocyte rigidity exponent were higher and erythrocyte e- lectrophoresis time was longer than that of group A (P 〈 O. O1 ), the others were not significantly changed , compared with group A ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion It provided the evidences that one of the mechanism of Warm-Dry were related to injury on the "lung-fluid" so that to disorder in"blood -produce", difficultly move, the higher viscous blood and easily anumulation.
