高效液相色谱法测定感清颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立感清颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量的高忒液相色谱法（HPLC）测定方法。方法 采用日本岛津公司shim-pack CLC-ODS柱（6．0mm×150mm），流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0.2），在280nm波长处检测。结果 黄芩苷在9．70～97.0μg／ml范围内呈线性关系，r=1．000；平均加样回收率为101.2％，RSD=2．01％（n=5）。结论 该方法结果准确、重现性好，可用于测定感清颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量。Objectlve To establish a method for the determination of baicalin by HPLC in Ganqing Granules. Methods Shimpack CLC-ODS column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water- H3PO4（47： 53：0.2 ）. The detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results The linear range of Baicalin was 9.70 ～ 97.0 μg/ml ,r = 1. 000. The average recovery was 101.2%, RSD = 2.01% （n =5）. Conclusion The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of Baicalin in Ganqing Granules.
