小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯、巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓炎症的方法和棉球所致小鼠肉芽肿的方法,观察小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物对小鼠耳廓肿胀度和棉球肉芽肿的重量的影响。结果小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物200,100,50 mg/Kg3个剂量组对二甲苯、巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓炎症及棉球所致的小鼠肉芽肿均有抑制作用。结论小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物对小鼠的急、慢性炎症具有一定的抗炎作用。Objective To study anti-lnflammatory effect of ethyl acetate extract of Caragana microphylla Lam, Methods Adopting the swelling of ears in mice induced by xylene and croton oil and the proliferation of granulation induced by cotton balling. Results Swelling of ears in mice induced by xylene and croton oil and the proliferation of granulation induced by cotton bailing was inhibited by Ethyl acetate extract of Caragana microphylla Lam at dosage of 200,100,50 mg/kg, Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract of Caragana microphylla Lam shows anti-inflammatory effect on animal model of acute and subacute inflammation.
