摘  要:目的优选山楂叶醇提最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交实验考察醇的浓度、提取时间、加醇量及提取次数四因素对山楂叶中黄酮含量的影响。结果山楂叶的最佳醇提取工艺条件为:醇浓度50%,提取时间3 h,加醇量10倍,提取次数2次。结论提取工艺可行。Objective To study the alcohol extracting technical condition of Folium Crataegi. Methods Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the 4 factors, including the concentration of alcohol, the extracting time, the amount of alcohol and the number of times. Results The optimum conditions of Folium Crataegi were :50% of alcohol, three hours per time, ten times of alcohol and extracting twice. Conclusion The process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
