杞椇饮醇提取物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的 观察杞犋饮醇提取物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法 采用56度白酒12ml／kg灌胃，1次／d，连续30d，制备酒精性肝损伤模型。将模型小鼠随机分为杞犋饮醇提取物75，150，300mg／kg组，益肝灵70mg／kg组和模型组，连续给药20d。末次给药后24h，去眼球取血，进行肝功能检测。结果 杞犋饮醇提取物150，300mg／kg组小鼠血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）和丙二醛（MDA）水平明显降低，与模型组比较（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平明显增高，与模型组比较（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论 杞犋饮醇提取物对慢性酒精性肝功能损伤有明显的治疗作用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of the alchoholic extract from Qiju Yin （AEQY）on hepatic induced by alcohlol in mice. Methods Models of hepatic were made by ig 12 ml/kg of 56% （v/v） distilled spirit once a day to mice for 30 days. Then the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely model control group, AEQY （75, 150,300 mg/kg） groups and Yiganling （70 mg/kg）group. All drugs were ig given to mice for 20 days. 24 hours after the last administration, blood of mice was collected by extirpated eyeballs. The activities of ALT,AST and the content of MDA in the serum were measured to evaluate the treatment effect of AEQY on liver damage induced by alcohol in mice. Results AEQY significantly decreased and elevated the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in the serum（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion AEQY shows treatment effect on liver damage induced by alcohol in mice.
