应用眼线圈扫描高血压大鼠脑部MRI表现观察

摘　　要：目的:研究高血压鼠大鼠颅脑部MRI扫描方法及图像表现特点。方法:高血压模型组18只,术前及术后每间隔2个月测量鼠尾血压并行MRI扫描,采用自制木板固定麻醉后的大鼠,用眼线圈对鼠脑进行MRI扫描。结果:高血压大鼠术后最早第8个月开始,MRI图像上出现侧脑室扩张;术后10个月MRI可见脑室旁线条状高信号影。结论:采用眼线圈扫描大鼠能获得较好的图像质量,并能对脑部异常改变作出初步评价。Objective In order to explore the method of MRI scanning technique of hypertensive rats and image characteristics. Methods 18 adult SD rats,Before and after operation, we measured the blood pressure of the tail artery and performed MRI scan every two months. Fixed the rats on the board after using narcotic drug, performed MR scanning with eye coil. Results In hypertensive group,enlargement of lateral ventricle from the 8th month,The strip shape hyperintensity at paraventricle which was detected on the MRI scanning. Conclusion Ideal image can be obtained by MRI scanning with eye coil. we can preliminarily evaluate the abnormal findings of rats.
