笑气吸入法用于人工流产镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究笑气在人工流产术(以下简称人工流产)中的镇痛作用。方法:将336例孕45d～70d自愿中止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组除不给笑气外其他处理措施与观察组相同。观察比较两组术者疼痛程度、术中宫颈扩张难易程度、人工流产综合征的发生比例等。结果:观察组的疼痛强度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组宫口较松,极易通过5号扩宫器,便于手术操作。人工流产综合征的发生明显低于对照组(P<0.01),差异有显著意义。结论:笑气用于人工流产术镇痛效果好,可减少患者痛苦,减少人工流产综合征的发生,操作简便,值得临床推广。Objective To research the abirritation of laughing gas in induced abortion. Methods To divide 336 pregnant women who are willing to terminate gestation within 45～70 days into observed groups and comparison group randomly. The disposal measure of the observed group is same as that of the comparison group except for not providing the laughing gas to the comparison group. Observing and comparing the two groups, the grade of pain, the grade of difficulty or easiness of the＇cervix extation,the portion of the happening of comprehensive symptoms of induced abortion etc. Results The grade of pain of observed group is apparently lower than the comparison group（P〈0.01）, the cervix uteriof observed group are looser, size 5 cervical dilator device is easy to pass, which is convenient for operation. The happening of comprehensive symptoms of induced abortion is apparently lower than comparison group（P〈0.01）, the difference is singnificative. Conclusion Using laughing gas into aberration of reduced abortion could result in good effect,reduce the pain of patients and interval of operation, the happening of comprehensive symptoms of induced abortion, be easy to operate and worthy of popularizing clinically.
