静脉留置针采血对血常规结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用静脉留置针采血对血常规测定结果的影响。方法:从已封管的留置针中抽取血液1ml为(1管),再抽取1ml为(2管),对侧肢体直接采血或置管时直接从留置针采血1ml为对照组(3管),分别测定血常规。结果:(1管)与(3管)对比有明显差别(P<0.001),(2管)与(3管)的结果差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:抽弃1ml含有封管液的血液后,再从留置针采血检验血常规,不影响检验结果,此法值得推广。Objective To study the influence of blood routine test result by using intravenous cannula for blood collection. Methods To draw 1 ml blood from the sealed inserted intravenous injector（Tube 1）;another 1 ml（Tube 2）,and directly draw blood from limb or from the cannula while imbedding as comparative tube（Tube 3）, then test blood routine respectively. Results There was significant difference between tube 1 and tube 3（P〈0. 001）. but no obvious difference between tube 2 and tube 3 （P〉0.05）. Conclusion After 1 ml blood with sealing liquid was quited,to collect blood for routine test from intravenous cannula has no influence for the result,it is a method worth of popularizing.
