摘　　要：目的:探讨重型脑干出血的有效治疗方法及护理措施。方法:回顾性分析19例重型脑干出血侧脑室穿刺引流的治疗及护理经验。结果:显效2例,好转8例,植物生存3例,未愈1例,死亡5例。结论:重型脑干出血患者预后凶险,侧脑室穿刺引流及积极的内科综合治疗,护理措施,有效改善患者预后。Objective To explore the effective methods to treat and nurse severe brainstem hemorrhage. Methods The treatment and nursing data were retrospectively analyzed to 19 patients with severe brainstem hemorrhage. Results 2 patients were curative effect, 8 patients progressing, 3 patients vegetable survives, 1 patients cureless. Conclusion The prognosis of severe brainstem hemorrhage is badly,but the methods of ventriculopuncture,active clinical therapy and nursing measure could improve the prognosis.
