摘　　要：目的:探讨畸胎妊娠孕产妇的心理问题及护理。方法:观察66例畸胎妊娠孕产妇的心理变化和心理需求情况,并据此采取心理护理。结果:66例患者中,出现不同程度的情绪波动、性格变化及角色认知冲突,经积极的心理护理后均得到康复。结论:心理护理对畸胎妊娠孕产妇的心理康复具有积极的作用。Objective In order to discuss mental trouble and nursing of the pregnant women gestated abnormal fetus. Methods 66 pregnant women gestated abnormal fetus being obserbed from the condition of mentality modulation and psychological demand,and adopting mind nursing according the result. Results All the patients appeared motion undulation,character changing,and role cognized conflicts. After active mental nursing, all women gained convalescence. Conclusions Mental nursing play an important role in the mental convalescence of pregnant women gestated abnormal fetus.
