摘 要:采用反相高效液相色谱分离测定了乙醇酸和草酸共存下乙醛酸的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-C18柱(4.6mm×100mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,检测波长为210nm。探讨了流动相的pH及其配比对分离度和灵敏度的影响。以峰面积对乙醛酸浓度(g·L^-1)作图所得校正曲线的线性回归方程为Y=1.934×10^3X+0.067×10^3(r=0.9999),方法的检出限(2S/N)为5×10^-7g·L^-1。方法的测定回收率为98.1%-100.4%,相对标准偏差为0.4%。A simple and rapid reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was applied to the determination of the content of glyoxalic acid in the presence of glycolic acid and oxalic acid. Hypersil ODS C18 column, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water mixed solution and UV detection at 210 nm were employed in the determination. The effects of pH and composition of the mobile phase on the sensitivity and separation of the method were studied. Linearity between the peak area and concentration of glyoxalic acid (g · L^-1 ) was tested and the following regression equation was obtained YY=1.934×10^3X+0.067×10^3(r=0.9999). The detection limit (2S/N) was found to be 5×10^-7g ·L^-1. Test for precision at the same concentration for 7 determinations gave a value of RSD of 0. 4%. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 98. 1 %- 100. 4%.
