水蛭大黄合剂治疗精神分裂症血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究对６７例女性精神分裂症患者进行了临床观察。其中３２例用中药水蛭大黄合剂为主联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗（中西组）。３５例以抗精神病药物进行治疗（西药组）。结果提示两组整体疗效相似。但发现中西组减少了抗精神病药物的用量，并减少了抗精神病药物的副作用，同时可使血液流变学指标明显改善。A clinical study of 67 female schizophrenics was conducted.Thirty two patients of them treated with the Shuizhi(leech)-Dahuang(rhubarb) mixture mainly with low dosage of antipsychotic drugs(combined therapy group),while other 35 cases were treated with antipsychotic drugs only (control group).The result showed that their overall therapeutic effects were similar and the combined therapy group could reduce the dosages of antipsychotic drugs and its side effects, and tended to normalize the hemorheologic indices.
