补肾、健脾、活血类中药复方对老龄小鼠免疫功能作用的对比研究  

Comparative Study on Immunologic Effect of Composite Prescriptions of Tonifying Kidney,Invigorating Spleen and Promoting Blood Circulation Drugs in Mice

摘　　要：本研究以老龄（１８月龄）小鼠为实验对象，对补肾的右归饮、健脾的四君子汤、活血的桃红四物汤对免疫功能的影响作对比研究。结果表明：老年对照组Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞转化（淋转）、ＯＫＴ＿３细胞均明显低于成年（３月龄小鼠）对照组。经喂中药４周后，活血化瘀组、健脾益气组Ｔ、Ｂ淋转明显高于老年对照组；补肾益精组Ｔ、Ｂ淋转没有明显变化，ＯＫＴ３细胞明显低于老年对照组。这一结果提示：补肾益精方对衰老或肾虚状态下的免疫机能似乎与活血化瘀方、健脾益气方有不同的作用。Comparative study on effect of Youguiyin (prescription for tonifying Kidney), Sijunzi Decoction (for invigorating Spleen) and Taohong Siwu Decoction (for promoting blood circulation) was conducted in mice aged 18 months divided into 4 groups. Above-mentioned prescriptions were given to group I￣Ⅲ respectively and groupⅣ untreated for aged control. Another group of 3 months mice was selected as adult control. The results showed that T-, B-lymphocyte transformation rate and OKT_3 lymphocyte subset in the aged control group were distinctly lower than those in the adult control group.After 4 weeks treatment with different composite prescriptions, the T-, B-lymphocyte transformation rate of groupⅡ andⅢ were evidently higher than those of aged control group and OKT, lymphocyte subset was distinctly lowered in group I than that groupⅣ. This results suggested that the prescription of tonifying Kidney acted on immune function of aged animals in a way different from that of prescriptions for invigorating Spleen or for promoting blood circulation.
