摘　　要：目的:观察阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的效果。方法:30例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全患者被随机分为两组,分别用阿魏酸钠治疗和作为对照组,治疗前后观察血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿白蛋白排出率、血压的变化情况。结果:阿魏酸钠治疗后,病人血尿素氮、血肌酐、收缩压较治疗前明显降低,P<0.05;较对照组也明显降低,P<0.05或更低。结论:阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾功能不全有效。Objective： Observation the effect of sodium ferulate treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Thirty patients with renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups： observation groups and the control. The former was treated by Sodium Ferulate. Prior and post treatment, determine the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate, and blood pressure. Results： Post treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, systolic blood pressure, were significantly lower than before, P 〈 0.05; and than control, P 〈 0.05 or lower. Condusions： Sodium Ferulate is effect on treating renal inadequacy caused by diabetic nephropathy.
