加强执法监督是预防职务犯罪的关键

摘　　要：公安机关是执法机关,少数公安民警的职务犯罪主要发生在执法过程中,因此,加强执法监督就成为预防职务犯罪的关键。为此,上海公安机关在整合内部执法监督力量、加强重点岗位管理监督以及依托科技实施全程监督三个方面作了有益的探索与实践。The public security organs are the law enforcement organs and it is during enforcing the law that professional crimes of few police occurred. Therefore, to strengthen the supervision of law enforcement is the crux of preventing the professional crimes. Shanghai public security organs have done some beneficial exploration and practice in three aspects, that is to say, to unite the inner supervisory forces, strengthen the supervision of the important posts management and carry out supervising throughout the course.
