摘　　要：梁廷楠戏曲理论的生成,与其戏剧创作、历史研究、经学研究等多方面的文化活动有深刻的内在联系。创作的体验、经学考证的方法和观察问题的历史视野,决定了其曲论的基本特色和历史地位。The generation of Liang Ting-nan＇ s drama theories was related to his drama creation , history research, etc, the various cultural study. The writing experience, textual research methods, and historical vieware the decisive factors in the fashion of basic special features and history position of his drama theories.
