中医药对微创保胆取石后预防胆囊结石复发的研究

摘　　要：目的:采用中医药方法,降低微创保胆内镜取石术后患者胆囊结石的复发。方法:将135例行微创保胆取石术后患者,随机分成对照组与防石胶囊组及防石胶囊加推按运经仪组,每组45例,分别予不同治疗,观察胆囊壁的厚度及胆囊收缩功能的变化;结果:防石胶囊加推按运经仪组胆囊壁厚度明显变薄,胆囊收缩功能明显增强,其次为防石组,最后为对照组(P<0.001),对照组有2例结石复发;结论:该治疗方法能减轻或消除胆囊壁的炎症,增强胆囊的收缩功能,有助于防止胆囊结石的复发。Objective： Degrade the recurrence rate of cholecystolithiasis after the mini - insult endoscopic stone extraction technique with gallbladder remaining by the means of TCM. Method： 135 patients have been divided into the control group, the Fangshi capsules therapy group and the Fangshi capsules combined the Tuianyunjing implement therapy group randomly. 45 patients in each group would receive different treatment respectively. In the end, the wall thickness of gallbladder and the function of the gallbladder contraction would be detected. Result： The wall thickness of gallbladders of the patients thins remarkably and the function of the gallbladder contraction of the patients enhances obviously as well in the Fangshi capsules combined the Tuianyunjing implement therapy group. The curative effect of the Fangshi capsules combined the Tuianyunjing implement therapy group is better than that of the Fangshi capsules therapy group, and the therapeutic effect of the latter is more superior than that of the control group. There are 2 individual cases of cholecystolithiasis palindromia in the control group. Conclusion： This kind of therapy method can abate and abscise the inflammation of the gallbladder wall and enhance the function of the gallbladder contraction, helping preventing the recidivation of cholecystolithiasis.
