摘  要:采用聚乙烯醇存在下砷钼杂多酸———孔雀绿法测定粮食中微量砷,实验结果表明该方法简便,选择性好,灵敏度高,摩尔吸光系数高达1.8×105,应用低酸度,显色稳定,清晰度好,也可应用目视比色进行定性以及半定量分析,并且测砷的线性范围宽,回收率高达96%以上,对粮食、食品、生物样品、矿石、环保等微量砷的测定,此法都可运用。In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, determination of traces of arsenic with arsenic and molybdenum helteropoly acid and peacockgreen had been investigated. The method proved to be easy, and very sensitive;the absorbance index is highly 1.8×10^5 mol; The showing color is stable and clear. Meantime, it also can be used to compare color with eyes for qualitative analysis and semi -quantitative analysis, and the linearity range of determination of arsenic is wide, the recovery can be over 96 %. The method can be used widely in determination of many kinds of material which contain traces of Arsenic, such as grain, food, biologic sample and ore, etc.
