摘 要:目的确定三菱变频器通讯协议的要素,提高其构成的工业化调速控制系统的可靠性。方法分析控制单元对变频器参数进行读写的通讯协议的过程,引用统一建模语言中的时序图描述与三菱变频器通讯的时序,结合AT89C51单片机和三菱变频器组成调速控制系统的开发,举例阐述其通讯过程。结果对三菱变频器通讯协议,归纳出参数初始化、通讯数据格式及通讯时序3个要素及其内容和过程。结论从3个要素理解三菱变频器通讯协议、明确通讯时序,利于开发可靠的调速控制系统。Aim To find out essential factors of communication protocol of the Mitsubishi inverter and improve reliability of industrialization velocity controlled system. Methods The process of reading and writing the parameters of frequency inverter is analyzed in the controlled system. Quotations of the UML which is used to depict the communication process of Mitsubishi inverter. The controlled system, which consists of both AT89C51 microcomputer and Mitsubishi inverter, is expatiated on the process of communication. Results The factors, which concluded the communication protocol of the Mitsubishi inverter from the parameter initialization, the communication succession and application of the communication data format, describe the process of its content and process. Conclusion From the three essential factors, the Mitsubishi inverter's communication is understood, the communication succession is explicit and it is benefited to product the reliable velocity controlled system.
