功能性郊区发展的定位分析——以长安秦岭北麓发展带为例

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性郊区发展定位的一般原则,为其开发建设提供参考。方法采用实证研究与定性分析相结合的方法,以长安秦岭北麓发展带为例,从区域经济发展、西安城市空间结构扩展以及地域背景环境3个层面上对研究区的发展定位进行分析研究。结果研究区的发展方向是以生态旅游、科教研发、休闲度假为主的功能性郊区,并在此基础上提出研究区未来的产业发展方向。结论功能性郊区的定位必须重视其历史基础及地位的分析,重点研究其所依托的城市文脉,从而把握研究区的发展方向。Aim To study positional analysis principle of function suburbs and provide suggestions for its development. Methods The substantial evidence research and qualitative analysis were adopted. Take the development region of Qinling north-Mountain in Chang＇an as a case study and analyze the position preliminarily based on three levels： The regional economic development, the spatial structure expanding of Xi＇an city and regional background environment. Results It is one of functional suburbs of Xi＇an city with ecosystem traveling, the teaching-research and leisure main function. On the basis, developing direction on industry is presented. Conclusion The development direction,the positional function of suburbs and the analysis of its history and position as well as the city mechanism all are taken into consideration.
