摘　　要：目的：探讨手指末节软组织损伤的治疗方法。方法：43例65个手指末节软组织损伤,简单清创后创面应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗。结果：伤指保留长度,创面愈合,皮肤瘢痕不明显,关节无强直。结论：MEBO对手指末节软组织损伤有较好治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the method for treating soft tissue injury of finger. Method： 43 patients with 65 injured fingers were treated with MEBO. Result： All the wounds healed. The fingers kept their original length. No finger amputation and no ankylosis occurred. Conclusion： MEBO is effective in treating soft tissue injury of finger.
