摘　　要：目的：观察湿润烧伤膏联合美宝疤痕平治疗增生性切口瘢痕的疗效。方法：46例79处增生性切口瘢痕磨削后外用湿润烧伤膏治疗,创面愈合后外用美宝疤痕平防治瘢痕增生,四肢和关节处可配合加压疗法。结果：本方法治疗79处增生性切口瘢痕显效64．6%；有效31．6%；无效3．8%；总有效率达96．2%。结论：通过磨削手术—湿润烧伤膏—美宝疤痕乎综合治疗增生性切口瘢痕疗效好,易操作,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in combination with MEBO Scar Lotion in treating hyperplastic incisional scar. Method： 46 cases had hyperplastic incisional scar in 79 locations. The scars were abraded and the wounds were treated with MEBO. After wound healing, MEBO Scar Lotion was applied to prevent scar formation. Wounds in limbs and joints were treated with compression method. Result： Markedly effective rate was 64. 6%, effective rate 31.6%, total effective rate 96. 2% and ineffective rate 3.8%. Conclusion： After abrasion, MEBO in combination with MEBO Scar Lotion treatment is effective in treating hyperplastic incisional scar. It is safe and reliable and easy to apply.
