摘　　要：目的：评估真皮下血管网皮片在整形外科中游离修复皮肤组织缺损的疗效。方法：对13例不同部位严重污染的全层皮肤组织缺损病人,经用湿润烧伤膏外用换药至创面感染被控制后,应用带真皮下血管网皮片修复皮肤组织缺损。结果：所有病例2周后拆线时皮片全部成活,术后3个月随访,病人全部满意。结论：带真皮下血管网皮片游离移植修复皮肤组织缺损方法简便,对经用MEBO使创面适合移植手术,手术效果肯定,值得推广。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of subdermal vascular net free skin graft in repairing skin tissue defect. Method： 13 patients were seriously polluted in different positions and had full- thickness skin tissue defects. The wounds were treated with MEBO. After wound infection had been controlled, subdennal vascular net free skin grafting was adopted to repair the skin tissue defects. Result： All the skin grafts survived. The stitches were removed 2 weeks after operation. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The efficacy was very satisfactory. Conclusion： This method is easy and simple. It is suitable for the repair of wounds after MEBO treatment. It is efficacious and worthy to be popularized.
