摘  要:研究了两个不同穗型小麦品种对抽穗期剪叶的反应。结果表明:剪叶可提高剩余叶片的光合速率,促进茎秆贮存物质向子粒转移,但仍会降低每穗粒数、粒重、子粒蛋白质和湿面筋含量;随着剪叶数增加、被剪叶位升高,其效应增大。剪叶后多穗型品种“豫麦49”剩余叶片的光合速率增加较多,粒重降低更为明显;大穗型品种“宿2001”茎秆贮存物质被动用较多,节间单位长度的重量明显减轻,子粒蛋白质和湿面筋含量下降较多。This article makes a study on the response of two different spike -type wheat cultivars to leaf- cutting at heading stage. The results show that leaf- cutting will improve the photosynthetic rate of remnant leaves, accelerate substance reserved in node transfer to grain. However, it will result in the falling of setting kernels, grain weight, protein and wet gluten content. With more of the leaves being cut and the position of cut leaf rising, so do the effect. After leaf- cutting, the photosynthetic rate of remnant leaves of multi -spike cultivar "YM49" increase a lot and its grain weight fall down even more obviously. More substance stored in node of large - spike cultivar "S2001" is consumed, node weight of per unit length decrease significantly, content of protein and wet gluten decrease a lot.
