摘　　要：电子商务是企业管理的一个新的起点,并且在全球迅猛发展,我国的制药行业在业务流程上有其特殊性,不可照搬传统的电子商务模式.本文阐述电子商务在制药行业中的应用现状,对传统的电子商务模式与制药行业电子商务模式进行了比较和研究,提出了一套适合制药行业的电子商务解决方案.E-Business is a new starting point of enterprise management, which is developing rapidly and swiftly all over the world. In China, the pharmacy has its particularity on operation flow, so it cannot be managed by the traditional model of E-Business. A feasible resolving scheme to E-Business of pharmacy in our country is expounded in this paper.
