摘　　要：文章分析经理人在乡镇企业管理模式变革中的作用,并结合乡镇企业的特殊性(产权、地域等)分析管理模式变革过程的障碍,进而从控制权角度探讨乡镇企业如何突破现阶段发展缓慢的“瓶颈”,实现“二次创业”。The paper analyzes the functions of professional managers in process of township and village enterprises＇ revolution. Combined the family business specialties, the paper analyses the barriers in the process of revolution. Furthermore, from the prospect of control right, we discuss the appropriate way for the enterprises to break through the limits of this period and to realize the second pioneering Work.
